I'm fundraising for youth mental health because it's a cause I deeply care about. Mental health affects so many of us—whether it’s a friend, a family member, a student, or someone in our community. So many challenges begin at a young age, and I truly believe that early support and prevention can make a lasting difference. That’s why I’ve committed to running the 42.2 km of the NYC Marathon—to raise awareness and funds that will help young people access the help they need, before things reach a crisis point. Every kilometre I run is for a future where no young person feels alone in what they’re going through.
