Register
- Join the challenge by registering online.
- Create a team with your family, friends or colleagues.
- Invite others to join your team and work towards a collective fundraising goal.

Share
- Share your page with friends, family or colleagues to support youth mental health.
- Download our resources available here to print and share online

Fundraising
- Choose your goal (eg. 5km, 10km, 25km, 50km - it can be anything!) to walk or run over the course of the event week
- Work towards hitting your fundraising target! You could do this by hosting an event, sharing your page and asking for support

We believe all young people deserve to grow into adulthood with optimal mental health. That's why we have created a unique approach, integrating clinical care, research and advocacy to effectively support young people living with mental ill-health and their families.
